谁可以参加团体健身课程?

任何在读的HSU学生, 校友, 教员或职员, 或者配偶可以参加团体健身课程. 每节课都由认证的团体健身教练带领.

Group fitness is a great option for participants who want to make group fitness their main source of physical activity. This convenient and affordable option also allows participants to supplement their main fitness activities. 欢迎所有水平的经验, 我们的教练可以根据你的具体需求修改练习!

我如何注册?

  • 学生: $20无限次课程(一学期)

团体运动的政策是什么?

  • 所有参与者必须拥有HSU UREC会员资格, 工作人员, 学生, 校友, 及配偶)参加团体健身班.
  • 会员必须在上课前到健身中心的前台登记. 当会员在前台登记时,他们会收到一张彩色卡片. 这张卡必须在进入课堂时交给指导老师.
  • 会员将被要求在参加他们的第一堂课之前填写PAR-Q.
  • 健身课程采用“先到先得”的原则. 一旦班级达到最大容量,成员将不允许参加.

一般的政策

  • Sessions that begin late due to the client not being on time will end one hour from the schedules start time.

Keeping the group to an 8-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, 和对齐. Small group training is considered a more cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a fitness professional.

Raylee Bevill
